Bone-In, De-Boned or Ground Chicken & READY-COOK HENS

Tip Top has been de-boning chicken for over 30 years, which makes us one of the industry’s pioneers in the field. Today, we sell raw boneless fowl meat to many of the largest prepared food processors in the world.

In addition to producing mechanically separated chicken meat, we were among the first to supply ground chicken to the marketplace. This product continues to find new applications in today’s innovative foods. Additional products such as 2 and 3-part wings are available as a result of processing. Many of our products are exported worldwide.

COOKED PRODUCTS

Hand-Pulled Cooked Chicken, MaRINATED POULTRY, AND SAVORY INGREDIENTS

Whether your company manufacturers prepared foods, distributes the highest quality foods or you are the chef preparing meals, Tip Top Poultry is ready for your recipe with our cooked diced chicken meat, cooked shredded chicken meat and cooked pulled chicken meat. We dress live heavy fowl in one of our two primary processing facilities (Marietta, GA or New Market, VA) before sending them to Rockmart, Georgia, or we partner with leading broiler producers to source dressed broilers. The fowl or broilers are fully cooked in our State-of-the-Art continuous cookers.

We cook every bite of chicken meat to perfection and then hand de-bone by our trained staff. After thorough inspection for bones and extraneous material, we dice the meat to meet your requirements before again re-inspecting the meat. Our product is individually quick frozen (I.Q.F.) and screened to reduce oversized and undersized pieces.
