Waldorf Chicken Salad


  • 3 cups of Fully Cooked ½” Diced All White Chicken
  • 1/3 cup of finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup of dried cranberries (sliced grapes or apples work well too)
  • 1/3 cup of chopped walnuts (pecans or slivered almonds could also be used)
  • ½ cup of mayo
  • Dash of dill, to taste


  • Mix together all ingredients, season to taste with salt & pepper, chill and eat

Helpful Hint:
Keep chicken frozen: mix ingredients and store in the refrigerator over night – It will be thawed, chilled and ready to eat the next morning!
